- Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
- Assisting clients with queries and questions
- Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
- Promoting available products and services to clients
- Interacting with other departments
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
You must meet the following criteria:
- Degree in a business-related field
- Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar job role
- Fluency in English and in any of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Polish, Spanish, or Arabic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Valid work permit
