Our client is an international CySEC Licenced Forex company based in central Limassol. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Dealer to join their experienced team. You will be joining an established team within the continually growing and thriving Forex Market. This role will be reporting directly into the Head of Dealing and Risk and handling international clientele, assisting with their trading needs.
Duties for this role include:
- Maintain and monitor the operation of the platform in regard to the reception, transmission and execution of client orders in line with company policy
- Manage risk of the company positions with their liquidity providers
- Develop and run complex reporting for senior management on MT4 platform performance and client activity
- Provide a first class service, as the first point of contact for client trade queries and resolving them in a timely manner, escalating issues to other departments within the organisation as appropriate.
- Provide support to clients on the use of the MT4 trading platform
- Assisting in the development of new and existing trading systems, models, processes and reports.
Skills required:
- Previous experience and demonstrated success within a Dealer role
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of financial markets specifically Foreign Exchange
- Knowledge of MT4 Admin, Manager and Terminal is essential
- Self-motivated
